1.主材料。

2.将娃娃菜洗净撕成小块。

3.上锅入适量油。

4.加入娃娃菜炒均匀

5.加入适量的盐炒片刻。

6.加入适量的水。

7.盖紧煮开至白菜变软。

8.打开锅盖,加入洗净的扇贝肉划散煮开约一分钟。

9.调入胡椒粉,或少许鸡粉离火。

10.成品盛出~滴入少许香油即可。(冰箱里剩下一小块猪肉也被我放进去一起煮了)
小窍门&温馨提示
扇贝煮约一分钟左右就可以了,否则煮老了影响口感。
